Ryan B.

Ryan B. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ryan started their career in 1999 as a Service and Sales Tech at Mac Experts. Ryan then worked for various technology consulting firms, including Tech Pal and their own company BITS LA, where they served as the President & CEO and later as the Founder and principal consultant. In 2008, they worked as a Freelance Technology Consultant until 2010 when they founded BITS LA. Their role at BITS LA involved providing IT consulting services to over 400 SMBs.

In 2018, they joined AEG as a Technical Services Manager at Dignity Health Sports Park, where they were responsible for managing various technical needs, such as lifecycle management, procurement, budgeting, training, resource management, and end-user support. Ryan also led several projects, including the implementation of Microsoft Teams as a collaboration hub and the development of custom signage solutions.

In 2021, Ryan joined Crypto.com Arena as a Technical Services Manager, overseeing all technology across the LA Live Campus, Crypto.com Arena, and Microsoft Theater. Currently, they work as the Sr. Director of IT Infrastructure & Support at LA28.

Ryan B. attended Santa Monica High School from 1997 to 2001. After that, they enrolled in Santa Monica College where their education is ongoing. In addition to their formal education, Ryan B. has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they earned the Ubiquiti airMAX-Certified Admin (UACA) certification from Ubiquiti Networks. The following year, in 2014, they obtained the Ubiquiti UniFi-Certified Admin (UEWA) certification, as well as the Synology DSM 5.0 Silver Certification. In 2015, Ryan B. became a Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience Facilitator. Most recently, in 2021, they completed the Lean Technology Strategy: Building High-Performing Teams certification from LinkedIn.
