Stephanie Holst, P.E. has a diverse engineering career, starting as an Engineering Intern at The Aerospace Corporation from June 2007 to January 2011. Following this, Stephanie held positions as an Associate Civil Engineer and Engineering Manager for the City of Torrance from June 2011 to October 2016, and subsequently worked as a Senior Structural Engineer at Arcadis until January 2023. Currently, Stephanie serves as the Director of Engineering for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games since May 2025. Stephanie also has a notable background in coaching, including leading the JV Girls' Volleyball team at Mira Costa High School to multiple championships and coaching at various volleyball clubs. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a minor in Business from Cornell University, completed in 2011.
