William T. Panos

William T. Panos is an accomplished transportation and infrastructure executive with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Transportation for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games, Panos leads the development of transportation logistics for this historic event. Previously, Panos held senior roles at Bentley Systems and Gannett Fleming, focusing on transportation consulting. As CEO and Director for both the North Dakota and Wyoming Departments of Transportation, Panos managed substantial budgets and staff while driving strategic initiatives. Early career highlights include leading operations for the City of West Sacramento's Port and transformative roles in education construction with the State of Washington. Panos began their career at TRW, Inc. and has a strong foundation in environmental management from work with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. Panos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Forensic Science and Technology from California State University, Long Beach.
