Matt Hardie has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matt began their career at McDonald's Corporation as a Crew Member, where they gained customer service skills and knowledge of health and safety protocols. Matt then worked at The Co-operative Group as a Customer Service Member, handling cash transactions and providing friendly service.

In 2013, Matt joined Waterstones as a Bookseller, where they honed their communication skills and assisted customers with finding books. Matt also handled queries and tracked orders. Matt continued in this role until 2014.

Matt then transitioned into the design field, starting at Clarks as a Graphic Designer. In this role, they created seasonal lookbooks, DVD artwork, and digital media assets. Matt also worked on website designs and animations. Matt later took on the role of Interim Digital Designer and Creative Artworker, expanding their skillset in areas like design preparation and printing instructions. Matt worked at Clarks until 2017.

From 2017 to 2018, Matt worked at Wani Creative as a Graphic Designer. Matt produced various design materials such as logos, brochures, banners, and website designs. Matt also project managed and interacted with clients.

In 2018, Matt joined Collider as a Mid-weight Creative, where they worked until 2019. Matt then joined Dyson as a Mid-weight Digital Creative and later became a UX Designer. At Dyson, they worked on a range of design projects, including motion graphics and 3D product visualizations.

Matt's most recent role is at Valtech, where they worked as a Visual UI Designer from 2021 to 2022. Matt also currently holds the position of Visual UI Designer at LAB Group, starting in 2022.

Lastly, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Bath Spa University and obtained a Foundation degree in Graphic Design.
