Tim Griffiths has extensive work experience in the field of engineering and development. Tim is currently the Head of Engineering at Riverr | A LAB Group Agency, where they lead a team of engineers responsible for the design, development, and support of web-based solutions. Tim specializes in headless and monolithic CMS solutions such as Contentful and Sitecore, as well as developing bespoke solutions with cloud providers like Microsoft Azure. Tim is dedicated to keeping their team up-to-date with the latest development practices and continuously improving their processes and technical delivery.

Prior to their current role, Tim held various positions at LAB Group, a digital agency committed to creating a better experience for clients and their customers. Tim was the Director of Sitecore Development, overseeing the development of digital services across strategy, consultancy, design, development, and neuromarketing. Tim also served as the Head of Development, leading the development team and ensuring the utilization of the latest technologies and techniques to deliver high-quality websites.

Before joining LAB Group, Tim worked as a Developer at HPS Group, a leading regional advertising agency. During their time there, they contributed to the development of the Marketing Toolkit product for prominent brands such as BMW, Mazda, BMI Healthcare, Virgin Active, and Rolls Royce. The Marketing Toolkit allowed local dealers to create customized advertisements while adhering to brand guidelines and also provided functionality for managing marketing budgets, planners, and campaigns.
