Elena Rampone

Elena Rampone is a Senior Robotics Engineer at Lab0 since February 2023, with previous experience as a Computer Vision Engineer at Covision Lab from January 2021 to February 2023. Prior roles include a Graduate Research Fellow at the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia, where Elena focused on Deep Reinforcement Learning algorithms for robotic manipulation and developed a simulation framework. Additionally, Elena worked as a Junior Technician at the iCub Facility, contributing to a visual perception pipeline for humanoid robots, and interned at PAL Robotics, where tasks involved SLAM and point cloud processing. Elena holds a Master of Science in Advanced Robotics from Centrale Nantes and Università degli Studi di Genova, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering and Information Technologies from Università degli Studi di Genova.
