Marcel Koops has a diverse work experience in the field of design, frontend development, and software engineering. Marcel is currently employed as the Lead Frontend Software Engineer at lab25 GmbH since May 2018. Prior to this, Marcel worked at iEXERGY from March 2014 to April 2018, where they held the positions of Teamlead wibutler Cloud (Webservices) and Designer & Frontend Developer. Marcel also freelanced as a UX Designer / Frontend Developer from July 2014 to July 2016. Before joining iEXERGY, Marcel worked as a Tutor for Mediendesign at Fachhochschule Münster (University of Applied Sciences) from March 2012 to February 2014. Marcel also worked as a Designer - Freier Mitarbeiter at sYnergy-forge from April 2008 to February 2014 and as a Designer at Zwei Löwen mediawerk GmbH from January 2011 to December 2011. In addition, Marcel worked as a Design - Freier Mitarbeiter at Freaks4U GmbH from October 2005 to February 2007, and as a Dozent für Design at Profiprax 03 from June 2012 to December 2013.
Marcel Koops pursued their undergraduate education at FH Münster from 2010 to 2014. Marcel obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Mediendesign with a specialization in UI (User Interface). Additionally, they earned a Certificate of Mentorship from Vue School in May 2023.
