Bob Cook

CFO at LAB3

Bob Cook is the current Group CFO at LAB3. Prior to their current position, Bob held various positions at Telstra, Travel and Establishment of Arabella Heights & Meadows, Kasikornbank (KBank), Maxis, and IBM Global Services.

Bob began their career at IBM Thailand Co Ltd in January 2012 as a Senior Partnership Executive. In this role, they were responsible for developing and expanding IBM’s business partnerships with other companies. In January 2011, Bob transferred to IBM Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. to take on the same role.

In January 2009, Bob was promoted to Director Services Excellence at IBM Global Services. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of service delivery professionals and driving service excellence across IBM’s Global Services organization.

In January 2014, Bob left IBM to develop and construct an ongoing holiday accommodation business called Arabella Heights & Meadows in Victoria’s Spa district. Bob held this position until August 2015 when they joined Telstra as the Program Director for their JP2047 Capability program.

At Telstra, Bob was responsible for managing a large team of Program Managers, Project Managers, Architects Engineers and Vendors to deliver a new network to the Australian Defence Force. Bob held this position until March 2017 when they assumed their current role as Group CFO at LAB3.

They work with Anthony Wales - Director of Network & Security, Alex Black - Director of Client Engagement, and Reuben Bettle - Director of Federal Government, Australia. Their manager is Chris Cook, Group CEO.
