Kaim Khairov

Kaim Khairov has extensive work experience in the technology and financial services industries. Kaim has held various leadership positions in companies such as Lab49, Excelian | Luxoft Financial Services, Luxoft, and NAT Kazakhstan JSC.

At Lab49, Kaim is currently serving as the Head of Global Engineering Practice. Before that, they held the role of Co-Head of Global Engineering Practice. Additionally, they were the Head of Global Delivery at the company.

Prior to their time at Lab49, Kaim worked at Excelian | Luxoft Financial Services as an Account Portfolio Director and M&A Lead. Kaim also served as an Account Director.
