Laszlo Czeh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Laszlo began their career as a trainee software tester at Sysdata Kft., a subsidiary of Siemens, in 1999. Due to their skills, they quickly transitioned into a developer role.

In 2000, they joined Siemens PSE as a software developer, where they worked on various projects involving requirements analysis, estimation, implementation, testing, and sustaining. Their programming expertise included C++, Java, and ASP. During this time, they also became an expert in Computer-Telephony integrations.

In 2003, Laszlo took on the role of an Engineering Manager at IT Services and Enterprise Communication, a subsidiary of Siemens Enterprise Communication. Laszlo was responsible for the development of Hipath CAP, a middleware that provided a standardized CSTA interface. Laszlo successfully addressed the challenge of high attrition rate by fostering a culture of responsibility and performance.

Laszlo joined Unify in 2009 as the Managing Director of Unify Hungary and later became the Head of Product Development for Trading/Dispatching solutions. Under their leadership, the Budapest R&D site thrived as a competitive and agile development center. Laszlo ensured projects were delivered on schedule with high quality and low costs. Laszlo also facilitated lean processes, streamlined communication, and implemented fast decision-making.

In 2018, Laszlo moved to Dealogic, where they served as the Operations Manager until January 2020. Laszlo then joined NNG LLC as the Head of Software Engineering in the Global Auto OEM Business Unit for a brief period of two months.

In 2020, they joined Ericsson as the Product Development Leader, overseeing product development activities until May 2021. Laszlo is currently the Regional Head of Hungary at Lab49.

Throughout their career, Laszlo has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical competence, and a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Laszlo Czeh completed their education as follows:

- From 2000 to 2004, they attended Corvinus University of Budapest and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Management.

- Between 1996 and 2000, Laszlo studied at Kando Kalman College of Engineering, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

- From 1991 to 1996, they attended UMSZKI, where they received a degree as an IT technician, specializing in Informatics.
