Komal Dadlani

Komal Dadlani is a prominent leader in the field of STEM education and entrepreneurship, currently serving as a Member of the Global Future Council and a Young Global Leader at the World Economic Forum since March 2020. As the CEO and co-founder of Lab4U, Komal is dedicated to democratizing STEM education by creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences for high school students using smartphone technology. Previous experiences include being a Cartier Women's Initiative Fellow, a Principal at Female Entrepreneurs of the World, and an Entrepreneur in the Start-Up Chile program. Komal also has a strong academic background, holding a Master of Science in Biochemistry from Universidad de Chile and further education at Stanford University and INSEAD, alongside leadership roles in various organizations supporting women in entrepreneurship and scientific research.
