They are the founder and CEO of Sprout Digital Labs, an end-to-end digital consultancy firm, and a founding partner at Wright Partners, focused on co-creating ventures with corporate partners. Arnold has held significant roles including CTO at Lippo Group Digital and director at OVO, contributing to innovative solutions across e-commerce, fintech, and more. Currently, they are involved in multiple initiatives, including serving as a director at Labamu and working as an AWS Startup Scout.
