CAMPUS
The architectural focus on collaboration and encounters plays a key role in the innovative strength of LabCampus. The flexibly expandable offices, spacious communal areas, generous roof terraces and open spaces offer an inspiring working environment and focus on exchange and collaboration. Residents and tenants can grow spatially here thanks to the enormous space potential with room for up to 29 buildings on the 26-hectare site.

COMMUNITY
Great innovations are born where creative ideas meet. LabCampus connects its residents through community events and the provision of 1:1 contact within the network in order to create collaborative synergies through knowledge and technology transfer.

SPACES
In addition to the Novotel and ibis Styles, our office buildings, LAB 48 and LAB 52 AirportAcademy, are already bringing together business and science for cross-industry and cross-company collaboration. Here you will find your ideal space for offices, showrooms and prototyping areas.
