Julia McCoy

Julia McCoy has a diverse work experience. In 2020, they were the Marketing Lead and Operations Associate at LabCentral. As Operations Associate, they were responsible for planning and executing internal events to build a thriving resident community and culture, as well as maintain high standards of operations, customer service, and space management. Julia also led internal marketing initiatives by drafting and publishing on-site, email, and 610 location leadership communications. In 2019, they were the Project Manager/Executive Assistant to the CEO at Photo Butler, as well as a Marketing Operations Professional at IBM Security. At IBM Security, they were responsible for confidentially managing the Marketing's annual Infrastructure budget, leading headcount supervision across various tools, and directing hiring efforts. In 2016, they were a Marketing and Events Coordinator at IBM Resilient, where they were responsible for confidentially tracking and managing the Marketing's $4.1M annual budget. In 2015, they were a Sales Associate at Coach, where they built and established relationships with customers to create a personal and independent clientele book, met hourly, weekly, and monthly sales goals, and provided expert styling advice to customers. In 2011, they were a Radio DJ, Music Director, and Radio Producer at WRCU-FM, Hamilton 90.1. As Radio DJ, they were responsible for independently preparing, broadcasting, and hosting a weekly radio show two hours long. As Music Director, they headed the Music Department and was a critical member of the Executive Board of Directors. As Radio Producer, they were accountable for listening and monitoring three to seven shows per week to ensure that all FCC rules and standards were adhered to. In 2010, they were a Volunteer at Emerson Hospital and received the over 150 hours Service Award for their commitment.

Julia McCoy attended Colgate University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology, General, and also studied Film & Media Studies.
