Michael LaRhette

Michael LaRhette has an extensive work experience spanning from 2004 to 2020. Michael began their career as a Business Development Director at Korn Ferry (formerly PDI Ninth House) in 2004. In 2007, they became the Engagement Director at AchieveGlobal. Michael then moved to Collective Next, LLC in 2009, where they served as Principal. From 2014 to 2017, they were the President of MassChallenge. During this period, they also served as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Regis College from 2017. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Facilitator & Executive Coach at Somersault Innovation. In 2019, they became the Chief Business Officer at New Lab, a role they held until 2020. In 2020, they took on the roles of Executive In Residence at GIANT Innovation and Founder at Open Water Innovation, in addition to their role as Chief Business Officer at LabCentral.

Michael LaRhette began their educational journey in 1987 when they attended Boston College and earned a B.A. in Psychology & Economics in 1991. Michael then continued their education at Boston University, where they obtained a Masters of Education in Psychology in 1994.
