April P. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. April began their most recent role as the Sr. Director of Site Operations at LabConnect in April 2021. In this position, they focused on increasing production throughput and operational excellence. Prior to that, April worked at Kautex Textron as a Focus Factory Manager, where they implemented new production lines and managed high-volume production for the automotive industry. At Bell Flight, they served as a Manager of Repair Services, overseeing repair operations for multiple sites and managing profit and loss statements. April has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at East Tennessee State University, teaching an online course on digital marketing, and as a Business Development Manager at Cumberland Marketing, where they helped small businesses develop and execute marketing plans.
