Matt Babel is a Finance and Commercial Operations professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, and business partnering. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Finance Operations at LabConnect, Matt focuses on strategic financial leadership and performance improvement initiatives across global sites. Previously, at Spark Therapeutics, part of the Roche Group, Matt oversaw financial processes for the company’s largest spend area and evolved reporting systems for enhanced decision-making. With a diverse background that includes leadership roles at Signant Health and GE Healthcare, Matt has been recognized for cross-functional leadership and delivering strategic insights that drive operational excellence. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Hofstra University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at La Salle University.
