Aimee Joy has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across various sectors. Aimee served as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Envigo from July 2017 to June 2019, focusing on recruiting for diverse roles, including animal technicians and corporate positions, while contributing to the Early Careers programme and Apprenticeships project. Prior to that, Aimee worked as a Resourcing Consultant at Magdalene and as a Recruitment Consultant at Kallima Recruitment Ltd, where expertise in occupational health recruitment was developed. Since June 2019, Aimee has been a Senior Recruiter at Labcorp, leading recruitment efforts for Animal Technicians across multiple sites. Aimee's career began as an Industrial Consultant at Staffline Group Plc from February 2012 to January 2015, providing workforce management solutions across various industries. Education was completed at St. Peter's Huntingdon between 2004 and 2010.
