Allison Michael

Allison Michael is an experienced HR technology leader currently serving as Executive Director of HR Tech at Labcorp since May 2024. Previously, in roles such as Director of HR Technology and Solutions at Chewy and Global Leader of People Technology, Analytics & Enablement at Western Union, Allison has successfully led initiatives involving HR technology development and people analytics. Key accomplishments include building post-implementation support teams for Workday at Brambles and overseeing extensive Workday implementations that spanned multiple countries and encompassed thousands of employees. Allison holds a B.S. in Management of Information Systems from UCF College of Business and is a Certified Compensation Professional.
