Amanda Stafford

Amanda Stafford, MSc-Biotech, is a transformative global leader in laboratory operations and process improvement currently serving as Head of Process Improvement and Operational Transformation at Labcorp. Previously, Amanda held the position of Senior Director of Global Laboratory Operations at Invitae, where they were instrumental in scaling operations and modernizing workflows, achieving a fourfold increase in operational capacity. Their early career included roles at GeneDx and Johns Hopkins University, where they focused on advancing clinical operations and developing new assays.
