Amy Schade

Amy Schade has extensive experience in business operations and corporate compliance, currently serving as an Advisor in Business Operations and Analytics at Labcorp since October 1987. In this role, Amy provides strategic oversight for the implementation and delivery of the Preclinical Medical Device business within Early Development. Previously, Amy held the position of Director of Corporate Compliance at Toxikon, where responsibilities included overseeing regulatory and quality programs to ensure compliance with FDA and other regulations. Following Toxikon's acquisition by Labcorp in December 2021, Amy expressed pride in contributing to the organization's success. Earlier professional experience includes a managerial role at Sterilization Technical Services from 1985 to 1987. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from St. John Fisher University and a Regents Diploma from Palmyra-Macedon Senior High School.
