Arvind Pathak is an accomplished Business Operations and Transformation leader with extensive experience across multiple sectors, including steel, healthcare, and technology. They served as a Manager and Lead Black Belt at JSW Steel Ltd from 1994 to 2004, where they executed Six Sigma training programs and won a national-level award. In subsequent roles at companies like Accenture and Cognizant Technology Solutions, Arvind established process excellence practices and led significant productivity improvements.
