Brian Lira

Brian Lira has over two decades of experience in cytogenetics and molecular diagnostics. Currently serving as the Manager-Cytogenetics/FISH/Molecular at Labcorp since September 2011, Brian previously held several key positions, including Laboratory Supervisor at Genzyme Genetics (Esoterix Genetics Laboratories, LLC) and Assistant Supervisor/Cytogenetics Technologist II at Genzyme Genetics. Brian's career began at IMPATH, Inc. as a Cytogenetic Technologist and continued through various roles at Oregon Health & Science University and US LABS. Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry from the University of Arizona between 1994 and 1998.
