Cari Miller

Cari Miller, MSM, PCMH CCE, is currently the Executive Director of Value-based Care for LabCorp, where they focus on guiding commercial strategy and market development in support of innovative healthcare transformations. With prior experience as Manager of Value-Based Programs at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey and Director of Healthcare Transformation Services for the New Jersey Academy of Family Physicians, Cari has overseen value-based program strategies across numerous states. They have worked with over 1500 healthcare practices and have been a speaker on practice transformation and PCMH recognition at a national level. Cari holds a Master’s degree in the Science of Management from Thomas Edison State University and is currently pursuing further education at Rutgers University.
