Carlos Genty is an Anatomic Pathology and Histotechnology process and systems expert with extensive experience in laboratory management, systems analysis, and operational excellence. They held various technical and management positions at Baylor College of Medicine from 1993 to 2004, and served as Manager at UCLA Biomarker Innovations Laboratory in 2006-2007. Genty was the Associate Global Director at Labcorp Drug Development and has also been a CEO/CTO at Critical X. They currently serve as the Senior Director of Anatomic Pathology for the Western Division at Labcorp. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and E-Commerce from Our Lady of the Lake University and certifications in Lean Six Sigma.
