Casey Frick, MBA, is a Senior Global Study Manager and ASCEND ERG Global Co-lead at Labcorp, where they drive a global risk management initiative and ensure thorough risk assessments for all studies. With a strong background in project management and strategic planning, Casey has been pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction and maintaining high Net Promoter Scores. Prior to Labcorp, Casey held various roles at ScribeAmerica, including Manager of PMO, where they managed client health solutions and implemented medical scribe programs across the nation. Casey's academic pursuits include ongoing studies in Spanish and Biology at the University of South Carolina Upstate, as well as a Master of Business Administration from Lamar University.
