Chomeka Smith

Chomeka Smith is an experienced project manager in clinical research, with a career spanning over two decades. Chomeka began as a Lead Research Specialist at Emory University School of Medicine Winship Cancer Institute and has held various positions including Senior Clinical Research Coordinator and Project Manager at Premier Research and Quintiles. Notably, Chomeka successfully managed over 25 clinical trials at various organizations and is currently a Start Up Project Manager at Fortrea, a spin-off of Labcorp Drug Development. Chomeka holds a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, with a focus on Pre-Med, from Georgia State University.
