David Gumpf

David Gumpf is a Sr. Computer System Validation Specialist at Labcorp, where they have been since 2017. They began their career with preclinical toxicology and safety pharmacology work and have extensive experience in software validation, including custom applications and commercial off-the-shelf solutions. David developed Validation Plans and Testing Strategies for regulatory compliance, involving all aspects of a system's lifecycle from development to retirement. They previously held roles at Covance as a Computer Validation Project Lead and Safety Pharmacologist, and at WIL Research Laboratories as a Project Leader and Biologist. David earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology from The Ohio State University in 1996.
