Deborah Boles

Deborah Boles, PhD, currently serves as Vice President of Research and Development at Labcorp, where they lead nationwide teams focused on innovative testing solutions in specialty laboratories. With extensive experience in leadership roles, they have managed R&D directors and a division of over 200 employees. Deborah is also a board member for the Advocacy and Development Board at the Graduate School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and co-leads Labcorp's Women's Empowerment Network, demonstrating a commitment to career development and empowerment. Their educational background includes a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of Michigan.
