Donna Gereg

Donna Gereg is the Director of IT Global Service Desk Operations and ITSM Service at Labcorp, where they have been leading since 2019. With over 25 years of experience in IT Service Management, they have a strong background in ITIL processes, project management, and team leadership. Previously, Donna held roles at BioReference Laboratories and KPMG International as a Project Manager and IT Director. Their certifications include HDI Support Center Director, ITIL V3, SCRUM Fundamentals, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt, showcasing their commitment to excellence in the field. Donna has also pursued education in Computer and Information Sciences at Bergen Community College.
