Doug Watson

Doug Watson is a seasoned UX professional with a strong background in design and product management, currently serving as Lead UX Designer at Labcorp since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Senior UX Designer at First Citizens Bank and Lead UX Designer at Dude Solutions. Doug also contributed as a Grant Writing Consultant for International Missions Foundation and as Creative Director at Raleigh Codesmiths, overseeing creative and product management. Additional experience includes consultancy roles at Book in a Box and extensive work as a Freelance Graphic and UX Designer. Doug's earlier career included a significant leadership position as Director of Marketing and Product at Lab Four, contributing to the growth of an E-learning SAAS product. Educated at Tech Talent South in 2016, Doug is also recognized for public speaking, having been a keynote speaker at the Grow Your Business Expo in 2010.
