Ellyn Cottingham

Ellyn Cottingham currently serves as the Laboratory Stewardship & Analytics Director at Labcorp since June 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at the Iowa Healthcare Collaborative, where Ellyn held the roles of Director of Physician Services, Program Manager, and Quality Improvement Advisor between March 2017 and June 2021. Prior to that, Ellyn worked at Mercy Medical Center - Des Moines as a Core Laboratory Supervisor and Medical Laboratory Scientist from June 2014 to March 2017. Ellyn began professional experience as a Student Laboratory Assistant at The University of Iowa Health Care in 2011. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Des Moines University and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology from the University of Iowa.
