Eric Severson

Eric Severson is an accomplished Executive Director at Labcorp Drug Development, currently leading Medical Affairs and the Publications team for Labcorp Oncology since May 2022. Previously, Severson served as a Senior Hematopathologist and Associate Medical Director at Foundation Medicine from April 2016 to May 2022, where notable contributions included pioneering efforts in clonal hematopoiesis and overseeing the establishment of the Research Triangle Park site. Severson's extensive experience encompasses leadership roles in pathology, clinical testing, and medical research at both Foundation Medicine and Brigham and Women's Hospital, where significant work involved high-volume pathology reviews and algorithm development in leukemia research.
