A former US Army Captain, they possess over 10 years of experience in Information and Communications Technology, specializing in cyber security and leading complex digital operations. Erick has held various leadership roles, including Brigade Chief Information Officer for the 173rd Infantry Brigade Combat Team and MBA Intern at Eli Lilly and Company. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology, along with a Master's degree in Information and Cybersecurity from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business.
