Gemma's career began as a Health and Safety Coordinator at Simkiss Control Systems Ltd, and they have also worked in various capacities at HARIBO UK, Yorkshire Water, and the University of Leeds. Gemma holds a Bachelor's degree in Forensic and Analytical Science from The University of Huddersfield and a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from The University of Salford.
