Jeff Ray is the Executive Director of Drug Development Partnership Solutions at Labcorp Drug Development, where they drive purpose and progress by leading strong operational teams. With extensive experience in project management and database design from their tenure at Covance, Jeff previously held multiple leadership roles and successfully influenced key stakeholders to meet client needs. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master’s degree in Management and Organizational Change from Oakland City University. Jeff is passionate about enhancing patient lives through clinical trials and instills a sense of excitement and purpose in their teams every day.
