Jen Trick

Jen Trick, MBA, DLM, MLS, currently serves as Senior Director of Operations and Laboratory Director at Labcorp since November 2017, where responsibilities include oversight of laboratory operations and management. Jen previously held the role of Laboratory Manager at Lancaster Regional Medical Center from October 2016 to November 2017, and at a Private Technology Company from January 2015 to September 2016, where various laboratory managerial and supervisory roles were undertaken. Earlier experience includes a position as Chemistry Supervisor at Yale New Haven Hospital from August 2009 to January 2015, focusing on quality control and staff training in Clinical Chemistry. Jen’s career began as a Medical Technologist at Clinical Laboratory Partners from July 2006 to August 2009. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Post University and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the University of Connecticut.
