Jerry Lai

Jerry Lai has over 20 years of experience in IT management and support. Currently serving as an IT Manager at LabCorp since December 2010, Jerry oversees a team of seven Desktop Support Technicians, managing support for over 1,200 office users and 200 remote users across eight US offices, utilizing the HEAT system for ticket management. Prior to LabCorp, Jerry worked at Genzyme Genetics from May 2004 to December 2010, managing four Desktop Support Technicians and overseeing operations for eight sites with over 900 users and more than 100 remote users using the Clarify Ticketing System. Jerry's career began at Impath Inc. as a Network Administrator from September 1999 to May 2004, where responsibilities included supporting 70 servers and network infrastructure. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Mathematics and Computer Science from Stony Brook University, earned in 1999.
