Jessica Highfill

Jessica Highfill, MS, RD, possesses a diverse background in nutrition and dietetics, complemented by experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Jessica began as a waitress and hostess at Gardski’s Loft and Rockfish Seafood Grill, later advancing to a community advisor at Texas Tech University. Expertise in dietetics was developed through positions at the Sedgwick County Health Department and Labcorp, where Jessica currently works as a registered dietitian providing health and nutrition education. Jessica's academic foundation includes a Master of Science from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University, along with significant roles as a graduate research and teaching assistant during graduate studies. Additional experience includes an independent contractor role as a biometric screener and health and nutrition educator, serving various states including Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and Minnesota.
