Jill Rafalko

Jill Rafalko is currently a Principal Medical Writer at Labcorp, where they draw on over 15 years of experience as a certified genetic counselor with extensive clinical and industry expertise in both human and veterinary medicine. They have authored more than a dozen peer-reviewed publications and presented over 55 scientific abstracts at national and international conferences. Previously, Jill served as a Medical Science Liaison at Labcorp and Sequenom, and as a Genetic Counselor at New Jersey Perinatal Associates. In addition, they are an Adjunct Professor at Kean University, teaching Molecular Genetics and Laboratory Techniques in the Genetic Counseling Graduate Program. Jill holds a Bachelor's degree from Lehigh University and a Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
