Layna Langley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and workforce management. Currently serving as Director at Labcorp since April 2021, Layna previously held the position of Director, Strategic Sourcing - Contingent Workforce at IQVIA from January 2011 to April 2021. Earlier in the career, Layna worked at Aerotek as an Implementation Specialist from May 2005 to January 2011, where responsibilities included delivering resources and technology for efficient operational management across client locations, and also served as a Recruiter Lead.
