Leslie O'Connor, MPA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Global Crisis Management and Response at Labcorp and also holds positions as an Emergency Manager Subject Matter Expert with Global Resiliency Consulting and NC Fire Chief Consulting. With extensive experience in emergency management, Leslie has previously been the Chief Emergency Manager for Durham County Government and an Emergency Management Specialist for Wake County. Leslie's educational background includes a Master's in Public Administration focused on Emergency Management from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from East Carolina University, alongside ongoing studies at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Additional roles include Chair of @rtp Security and participation in the Executive Committee of the North Carolina Emergency Management Association.
