Lili Han

Lili Han is the Finance Director of Global Corporate Controllership at LabCorp, a position they assumed in November 2023. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services at EY, where they provided guidance on complex financial accounting matters, including SEC reporting and business combinations. Lili gained early experience as an Accounting Intern at Livedoor and an M&A Specialist Intern at Jacobs Capital. They hold an MBA in Corporate Finance and Sustainability from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and participated in an exchange program at ESSEC Business School.
