Matt Mall is a Vice President who represents businesses and local governments in class action and civil litigation within federal and state courts, including the North Carolina Business Court. They have extensive experience in all phases of litigation, ranging from pre-trial procedures to appeals, as well as in domestic and international arbitration. Previously, they served as a Partner at Parker Poe Adams and Bernstein LLP from 2007 to 2018 and as the Associate Vice President and Director of Complex and Commercial Litigation at Labcorp from 2018 to 2023. Currently, Matt is pursuing a J.D. at The College of William and Mary - Marshall Wythe Law School and a BA in Philosophy at the University of Virginia.
