MICHELE STRANGE

Michele Strange, R.H.I.T., has extensive experience in health information management and systems analysis. From 2011 to 2013, Michele worked as a HIM Auditor at Community Health Network, contributing significantly to an EPIC project focused on duplicate patient charts and maintaining the Master Patient Index. In 2013-2014, Michele served as a Clinical Data Abstractor at MMY Consulting, assisting St Vincent Hospital's HIM Department with medical records chart abstraction and electronic chart assembly. From 2017 to 2022, Michele held multiple roles at Ascension, including Systems Analyst for the Soarian Revenue Cycle platform and Charge Capture Specialist on the Revenue Integrity Team, ensuring accurate and compliant billing processes. Currently, Michele is an EDI Specialist at Labcorp, managing customer EDI applications interface projects. Additional experience includes serving as a Practice Patient Account Specialist at Indiana University Health, handling billing inquiries and charge entry.
