Noel Maring

Noel Maring has an extensive background in healthcare management and sales, beginning as General Manager and Western Regional Director of Sales at Damon Clinical Laboratories/Quest from 1982 to 1995, where leadership was demonstrated over 267 employees and P&L responsibilities for a $24M commercial laboratory. Subsequently, Noel served as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer at PAML from 1995 to 2012, focusing on growth strategies and managing a national sales and retention team. From 2012 to 2020, Noel held the position of Vice President of Hospital Affiliations at Sonic Healthcare USA, where the development of health system growth strategies and hospital affiliation programs was a key focus. Currently, Noel is the Executive Director of Health Systems at LabCorp since July 2020. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from San Diego State University and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from St. Mary's College of California.
