Peyton Dega

Peyton Dega, PhD, is a Study Director at Labcorp in the Drug Metabolism group, overseeing studies that include IND-enabling in vitro assays and clinical radioanalysis. They earned a B.S. in Biochemistry from Purdue University in May 2017, where they researched binding interactions between spliceosomal components in yeast. Peyton completed their PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in November 2022, focusing on multi-drug resistance transporters in E. coli. They have experience as an Academic Contractor and Research Intern at Eli Lilly and Company, as well as research roles at both Purdue University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
