Sara Pieper

Sara Pieper is an experienced marketing professional with a robust background in employer branding and strategic marketing communications. At Labcorp from February 2019 to December 2020, Sara held titles such as Executive Director of Field Marketing and Employer Brand People Experience, as well as Director of Global Employer Brand Marketing. Prior experience at Covance spanned from July 2012 to February 2019, where Sara advanced from Strategic Marketing Communications Specialist to Associate Director of Global Employer Brand Marketing, overseeing content strategy, campaign production, and marketing technologies. Earlier, as Marketing Manager at WP Beverages, Sara developed integrated programs focused on consumer engagement and market insights.
