Scott Zimmerman

Scott Zimmerman, DrPH, MPH, HCLD (ABB), serves as the Vice President of the Science & Technology department at Labcorp, where they lead initiatives that enhance patient care through innovative diagnostic solutions. With over two decades of experience in public health and laboratory diagnostics, they previously held leadership positions, including Director of the North Carolina State Laboratory of Public Health and Director of Public Health Labs for Erie County. Scott's academic background includes a DrPH and an MPH from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, complemented by a BA in Biology from Houghton University. They have also contributed to the field as a clinical instructor and adjunct assistant professor at prominent educational institutions.
