Taylor Norell

Taylor Norell is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in directing HR strategies and initiatives. Currently serving as Director, Chief of Staff, and HR Business Partner at Labcorp, Taylor oversees HR operations and leads a team focused on fostering high-performing environments. Previous roles include Manager of Global HR Strategic Projects, where Taylor successfully implemented the ServiceNow HRSD module for 75,000 employees, and Senior Talent Advisor, specializing in talent placement in global HR functions. Prior experience at the New York Genome Center involved strategic HR leadership during rapid growth, coupled with significant contributions in recruitment and HR project implementation. Taylor began a career in human resources at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, managing administrative functions and client services.
